Day 39

Left to go to my physical, and the elevator wasn't working. Walked all the way down without pain or problems. Got to the doc. B/P's been high, so we're going to treat it. Besides that, I'm good. Lost 31 pounds in 39 days. I'm feeling better than I have in a long time. Doc was impressed. I'm proud of myself.
