For everyone trying to lose weight I just made a HUGE pot of vegetable soup. The calorie count is so low its like you're eating air!
Bring chicken broth to a boil(6-8 cans worth or equal amounts of boxed broth)
Add the following vegetables(about a half a cup of each): carrots, celery, onions, squash, broccoli, & cauliflower
Add to taste: fresh garlic, salt, pepper, tyme, orregano, basil leave
When the vegetables are almost cooked add 2 cans of kidney beans, half a bag of wide noodles and a can of stewed tomatoes.
It should come out okay. I didn't go by any recipe.
And you're done!
