It's day 4 of Dr Oz's squat challenge, and we have 0 to do. Yep, you heard me right. It's a rest day, but don't get too comfy. We don't want to make it a free for all. For dinner, Chloe and I are eating 505 calorie taco salad in baked tortilla bowls with cottage cheese (instead of cheese and sour cream). I went 5 calories over my limit, but I'll make up for it. Join me tomorrow for the squat challenge.
