This afternoon, I watched Dr Oz and did the second day of his squat challenge.
Today, Dr Oz talked to Dr Davis about his book "Wheat Belly", I will surely check it out. There were some yummy looking recipes from that book and from others. You can find them at DoctorOz.com.
I did my 20 squats for the day. If my fat crippled @$$ can do it, then you have no excuse.
