Spent most of the afternoon requesting transportation for all of my appointments in October. There will be two in one day, but they are close in both time and distance. Had trouble putting it through on the app, so I called their customer service. I was transferred 3 times before I finally got a rep that knew how to process a multi-leg trip (meaning more than 1 destination & return), and even that one had problems. Finally got it all set.
