Day 5 pt 2
My stomach has been screaming at me all day. I'm doing good so far, but now I'm struggling. Spent the day keeping myself busy. Now that it's over and I'm relaxing, my cravings are getting more noticeable. A few minutes ago, I started taking food out of the fridge. Then I stopped myself, took a breath, and put it all back. "I don't need it. I want it. I don't need it. I want it. There's a difference." I need to remind myself that I must "eat to live" not "live to eat". I drank a liter of regular water and a liter of sparkling water. If any of have advice on fighting cravings, please leave a comment.
