Good day
Since I got the recliner, I've been falling asleep at a decent time and waking with a bit of energy. My knees and hips are doing better now that I'm not getting up and down off the floor to sit and lay down. Spent most of the morning running up and down the stairs doing laundry, then I got about an hour's walk in. Can't wait to get my Cpap in April or May, but I'm sleeping better now without losing too much oxygen... that's a start. I'm not waking up with the pressure headaches anymore I used to get when I stopped breathing during sleep. Within the next couple weeks, Chloe and I are going to sign up at the Y down the street. Chloe will love to swim more often and to join kids' activities. I'm hoping to join an aqua-aerobics class. That will help my joints. Eventually, I want to be able to take Zumba. For Lent, I'm giving up sugar and caffeine (pray for Chloe during my withdrawals). My clothes are fitting better, and I feel my health becoming more normal. Tomorrow, I'm spending Valentine's Day with my daughter the love of my life..Miss Chloe Ann. We are going to have a healthy, yet nummy, dinner with a healthy desert.
