healthy fish & chips dinner

Tonight for dinner, I made my healthy version of fish and chips

grilled tilapia: 109 cal
oven fries: 230 cal
frozen cauliflower w cheese sauce: 45 cal
total cal: 384

oven fries/chips recipe
cut potatoes in strips or slices (for fries or chips)
lightly drizzle olive oil and seasoning
bake for 20-30 mins (depending on size of pcs) on 450 degrees
flip pieces of potatoes half way
flip pieces again
broil on hi for 5-10 mins (depending on size of pcs)
