Peanutty Fruit Pizza
Ingredients
- 9- inch refrigerated pie crust
- 1/2 cup Skippy® Natural Creamy or Super Chunk® Peanut Butter Spread
- 1/3 cup reduced sugar strawberry spread
- 1-1/2 cups assorted cut-up fruit
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425°.
- Arrange pie crust on baking sheet. Fold 1/2-inch of edge over to form a thicker edge. Bake 10 minutes or until golden brown; let cool slightly.
- Evenly spread Skippy® Natural Creamy Peanut Butter Spread, then strawberry spread on crust. Evenly top with fruit. To serve, cut into wedges.
