Watch what you eat today. If you are going to eat that slab of ribs or Grandma's potato salad (that's drowning in mayo), just remember to do it in moderation. Try to burn a little more calories to make up for it. I know you're thinking, "Are you crazy? In this heat?" There are some exercises you can do in the heat. If you don't have access to a pool or a body of water, go for a short walk after eating with a cool wet towel on your neck. Exercising inside is while watching TV is always an option as well. Most importantly above all else, drink lots and lots of water. Stay hydrated, cool, and save while celebrating this awesome country of ours.
