Meatless Monday

Breakfast: Yoplait Greek yogurt & 1 litter of water 100 cal.
Lunch: Dole spring mix, Dole baby spinach, almonds, and cottage cheese & 1 liter of water 190 cal

Dinner: Ronzoni Healthy Harvest Whole Grain Pasta, Ragu Super Primavera pasta sauce, and 1 liter of water 260 cal.

 
Total: 550 calories, and I feel full.
