a healthy day

I just dropped Chloe off for her first day of day camp. Since we don't have a car and the bus doesn't go there, I have to walk 2-1 hour walks a day for 5 days a week. This will really help me. Plus, Chloe gets her 2-- half hour walks a day and gets to run and play all day for 5 days a week. We are both getting healthier.

It's Meatless Monday, and I'm really hot from the first walk. So I'm just going to stick to water and salad with strawberries, almonds, and a light raspberry vinegar dressing (119 calories each meal) today. I make a healthy version of chicken nuggets for Chloe, she'll have that with her salad tonight.
