Ingredients
- 1 chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup diced apple
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- 1/4 cup slivered almonds
- 1 stalk of celery, chopped
- 1 TBL lemon juice
- 1/2 TBL dried tarragon leaves
- 1/2 TBL poppyseeds
- dash of salt
- 8 butter lettuce leaves
- Mix the shredded chicken, mayonnaise, apple, green onion, almonds, celery, lemon juice, tarragon, poppyseeds and salt. Divide salad onto 8 butter lettuce leaves.
