    lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef
    Hot water and milk called for on Hamburger Helper box

    box Hamburger Helper® Salisbury
    1 1/2
    cups Green Giant® frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
    Betty Crocker® Potato Buds® mashed potatoes (dry) for 6 servings
    Water, milk and butter called for on mashed potatoes box for 6 servings
    1/4
    cup shredded Cheddar cheese (1 oz)
    Chopped fresh parsley

    • 1In 10-inch skillet, cook beef over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes, stirring frequently, until brown; drain. Stir in hot water, milk, sauce mix and uncooked pasta (from Hamburger Helper box) and thawed vegetables. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally.
    • 2Reduce heat; cover and simmer about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta and vegetables are tender. Remove from heat.
    • 3Meanwhile, make potatoes as directed on box for 6 servings. Spoon and gently spread mashed potatoes over pasta mixture. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover; let stand about 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with parsley.
