recipe of the day

My yummy breakfast! Protein french toast with PB2 on top. I use rice bread and since there's only 7 grams of carb in each slice I can have 4 slices! Just mix egg whites, whey protein, stevia, unsalted pumkin spice soak the bread in it cook in a non-stick pan and top with PB2 mixed with water. It is amazing ♥ Stacey Goldberg ♥ staceygfn.com
