The Bob Harper Breakfast


Ingredients
1 cup oatmeal, cooked and cooled
2 scoops vanilla protein
1/2 frozen banana
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/4 cup water, chilled
4 ice cubes

Preparation
Combine ingredients in blender and blend for 30-45 seconds.
