Finally after some hit and misses, I'm able to go to physical therapy this afternoon. They really make me workout. Plus, they know the exercises that will work with my bad knee. Before I do, they help with massaging the tight muscles that are pulling my knee cap to the side, so it won't be so painful when I do workout. I haven't had a big workout since I had surgery a couple months ago, but I'm glad to get back on track. I can't afford to keep up with my Herbalife shakes, but I've been trying to eat as healthy as possible. It's time to get this weight off.
