tip of the day

One problem I've had when it comes to losing weight, is not feeling full. I used to eat until I feel full. A friend posted this on his blog, I'm stealing it from him. This gives an idea of how the same amount of calories for different foods make a difference. Veggies have little or no calories, so you can eat more of them. According to the Doctors on Fox, it takes 20 minutes for your stomach to tell your brain that your full. As you make smarter choices in what you eat, just remember to eat it slowly.
