my delicious fulfilling 363 cal lunch

Today for lunch, I'm having baked Tilapia with frozen Cal. Med. and white rice (cooked in chick. broth). My desert is Yoplait yogurt Strawberry Orange Sunrise light. All of this is delicious, fulfilling, and all are 363 calories. I'm allowed up to 500 calories per meal. So if I need to later, I'm able to have a small snack.
