Alton Brown's Cucumber Lime Yogurt Pops

 makes 8 to 12 depending on your popsicle molds: Puree one pound of seeded and chopped cucumbers, with 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, 1/2 cup demerara sugar, the zest and juice of 1 large lime, a teaspoon of chile powder and 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt in a food processor until mostly smooth. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze until solid, 4 to 6 hours.
