Gluten Free Waffles Recipe


Ingredients

Dry Ingredients:
  • 1 cups gluten-free all-purpose (plain) flour (use regular flour for gluten version)
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda (bicarbonate of soda)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Topping ideas:
Yogurt, chocolate sauce, bananas & slivered almonds
Fresh berries & maple syrup

Directions

  1. Mix your dry ingredients in a bowl
  2. Mix your wet ingredients in a separate bowl.
  3. Mix dry and wet ingredients together.
  4. To cook, follow your waffle maker instructions.
  5. Top with your choice of favorite toppings.
