WEDNESDAY 10-20-10

Today's Menu
Breakfast:  whole-grain waffle, Greek yogurt, blueberries, and almonds
Lunch:  1/2 turkey/spinach wrap, tomato soup
Dinner:  grilled steak w/ red onions & peppers, apple, and small salad
Snack:  whole-grain pretzels, orange

Today's Workout
It's my rest day, but I might take Chloe to the park and play soccer.
