It's Taco Tuesday. Kept it simple. Sauteed pieces of beef and bell peppers with fajita seasoning. 322 total calories. Tomorrow morning is my Endometrial Ablation pre-op. Kind of nervous. Had my infection follow-up appointment rescheduled for Friday.
