EGG-celent!

Why I Love Eggs:
1.Eggs are Healthy- 6 grams of high-quality protein, all 9 essential amino acids and only 75 calories!
2. Eggs promote healthy hair and nails because of their high sulphur content and wide array of vitamins and minerals including natural vitamin D.
3. They're cheap and easy to prepare. Just boil in the shell, chill & keep in the fridge for a quick, low cal snack.
